Doing Great
I'm now at 198.6. I can't believe it.
So what have I been eating? I like to make a huge pot of cabbage stew and then change it up every day. One day I cook up my lean hamburger meat with some liquid smoke and will add that to it, with some chili powder and tomatoes and then don't eat a fruit. Other times I'll add my chicken that I baked in the oven with a little ACV. I like to add all kinds of spices also. Still getting use to my coffee with out milk in the afternoons or evenings.
I've spent most of my day outside. Planting and doing yard work. It's great to have more energy.
