I'm still here

I know everyone is mad at me for not posting. It has been crazy here. I will start my shots back on the 8th of June. I've been doing really well. I messed up when my Tom started and I didn't take any shots after it stopped. But it doesn't seem to have caused me to gain any back. It just treated it like the end of that cycle. I've been maintaining at 178. I'm gonna start my shots back when ever my next tom stops which should be around the 8th. I've been working out at least a little every day. I've been mostly eating salads and smart choice frozen dinners. But I have gone out to eat a few times. My weight has stayed around the 2 pounds mark even when I ate out. I have been eating a few sweats, but they were all made with splenda and not sugar. I've been amazed at all the low calorie frozen dinners out there. Some are really great. My kids are out of school now for the summer. So that is going to keep me busy. They love to go hiking and camping. So I should be getting even more exercise now. I will blog more often from now on. I hope everyone else is doing great.
