weight loss

Okay. It's been a little while since I put anything on here. I am now down toooooooooooo....180.4! I now have to stop the shots for tom. I hate it. I'm doing well and now I'm craving everything. What do we do after tom. Do I just start back or do I use this time to start my break? Do you have to load again if you just start back? I want to make sure I do this right, so can someone let me know? Please?

Hey Teresa,
When you stop for your TOM, you just stop the injections, and you keep the VLCD just as if you were still injecting.... when your TOM is over, you resume injections....do not load again.... you stay on the VLCD all the way through.
Hope this helps.

Hi Teresa,

DO NOT stop your round right as TOM starts. Dr Simeons says not to and those that have, have had trouble maintaining afterwards. You MUST take at least 3 doses AFTER TOM, even if it was supposed to be your last dose on the day that you started. If you wait less than two weeks, you do not load again, per Dr Simeons, because it would be considered just an interruption of treatment. When you have a question, just email me.

Not many people like taking the hCG but it really is a life saver, and its worth taking the time and effort to make this diet work because its not something you can just stop and pick up 2-3 months down the track. I noticed you havent updated your blog in a while, hope you havnt given up with this diet just yet.
